Fr. Agnel Journey
In 1985, ever since the Government of India selected us as a Community Polytechnic, our main task has been to provide manpower development training services in various trades.
Even after the discontinuation of the Community Polytechnic Scheme of the Government of India, we decided to continue these training activities and set up the Agnel Institute of Technical Training & Entrepreneurship Development (A.I.T.T.E.D.) in October 2007.
Expansion of Institutes
Expanding further, we established 12 Vocational Training Centres in Maharashtra and Gujarat, in collaboration with like minded Trusts, NGOs, Corporates and Foundations.
Over the years, Fr. Agnel Ashram, together with A.I.T.T.E.D. has established over 20 Vocational Training Centres with over 2000 students in various trades.
Under Section 25 of the Companies Act, the Agnel Education and Social Development Foundation was set up in April 2019, to provide professional services to the Society. Under this, we have two units, namely Agnel Trade Test Centre and Agnel Overseas Placement Services.
